Dr. Matt Johnson / Brother YO: I currently serve as Senior Pastor at First United Methodist Church of Caldwell, Kansas, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and spiritual leadership to my community. I am a current student at St. Paul’s School of Theology in the Couse of Study program designed for United Methodist pastors. I’m a seasoned educator, organizational development specialist, and faith leader with 30 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising strategy, and organizational leadership. I specialize in building cultures of philanthropy, increasing donor engagement, and aligning internal teams around shared values and strategic goals. I am also a yo-yo player (Brother YO) that speaks to groups of all ages using my yo-yo skills to present an educational and entertaining program.
